  Smart Homes has absolutely appalling customer service. Regular and accurate updates are something they know nothing about. We had quite a few issues with Smart Homes over the course of our build (which they know about) and also a few issues after collecting our keys (which they also know about). These issues have been rectified, although the process we had to go through to get them done was incredibly unprofessional on Smart Homes behalf. We have reached out via social media to try and get a response from a person of a higher position but are yet to receive any correspondence from one, apart from being told we have to go through our Client Liaison to organise a time with them. In my view, Smart Homes is in the wrong and they should be the ones to take the time out of their day to call us to address the issue we have with them. We would be happy to contact them if we hadnt previously been refused to be transferred through to someone of a higher position by our Client Liaison. Its really sad that our view from when we first signed up with Smart Homes, thinking that this company was going to be amazing because our Sales Representative was incredibly helpful and professional, has been totally changed into such a negative view of this company.
